Conservatories are custom-designed structures and are not offered as standard floor plans. Each project is tailored to the architecture of the home, the orientation of the property, and the surrounding landscape to create a glass garden space that feels like a natural extension of the residence. Our conservatories are architecturally detailed spaces designed to bring the outdoors in. Shell-Only Construction

Shell builds are ideal for clients who want the structure professionally built while completing interior finishes on their own timeline. We handle the critical structural components - including foundation, framing, exterior, and roofing - delivering a solid, weather-tight build ready for customization.

This option is often used for barndominiums, workshops, or owner-finished homes. Final scope and pricing are determined during the planning phase based on the selected plan, project size, and site conditions.
