The Windy Shores custom home plan offers 3,104 sq ft of finished living space on the main level. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom layout is centered around a large open living space that connects the kitchen, dining, and great room, creating an open concept layout for everyday living.

Large windows throughout the main living areas bring in natural light and overlook the surrounding property. The kitchen includes a large island and walk-in pantry.

The primary suite includes a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet, while the additional bedrooms are located separately to provide privacy for family members or guests.

With an overall footprint of approximately 94'8" × 70', the Windy Shores floor plan works well on properties that allow for a wider single-story layout. A detached three-car garage connected by a breezeway provides covered access between the home and garage while keeping the garage structure slightly separated from the main living areas.

Multiple covered outdoor areas extend the living space while providing shade and protection from the Texas sun.

For properties with slope or additional space requirements, the design also allows for an optional walkout basement level.
