The Cedar Creek ADU model offers 843 sq ft of finished space with an additional 60 sq ft of porch area, creating a comfortable and private backyard living space. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout features an open living area with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace that adds character to the main gathering space. The kitchen includes a central island and flows directly into the great room, making the layout functional for both everyday living and entertaining. The design fits within a 24' × 43' footprint and works well for aging family members who want to live closer to home, a rental space, or a private guest house.
