The Harmon pool house plan offers 364 sq ft of finished space with a 123 sq ft covered patio, designed for poolside entertaining and outdoor living. The layout includes a prep kitchen, snack bar island, tall ceiling tower, and dedicated storage for pool equipment, all within a 22' x 23'6" footprint. Estimated construction for the Harmon pool house will depend on site conditions, finishes, engineering requirements, and customization.
