The Santa Ana casita and ADU model offers 795 sq ft of finished space, designed to create a comfortable and efficient backyard living environment. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom layout features an open-concept living area that connects the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, creating a bright and functional interior. A large arched window adds architectural character while allowing natural light to fill the main living area, all within a 20' × 40'8" footprint.
