The Fairview Cottage guest house offers 651 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with an additional 76 square feet of covered porch area. This one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout features an open main living area, a kitchen with a central island, and a separate laundry space for everyday function. With its compact 24' 8" by 31' 4" footprint, this plan works well as an ADU, guest house, or private living space for extended family, long-term guests, or rental use.

Estimated construction for Fairview Cottage will depend on site conditions, finish selections, engineering requirements, and any modifications made to the original plan.
